    April 10 -- Betty Asher, 26, was arrested on Court Street, Harrison County, on warrants for possession drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, and trafficking controlled substance-first (heroin).
    April 11 -- Bobbie J. Moore, 41, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in proper container-first, possession of controlled substance-third,  and DUI-second, while traveling US Hwy. 27 South.
