    Case reports
    July 13 – At 9:52 p.m., police were called to Delta Court for a domestic dispute.
    July 14 – At 1:07 a.m., police were called to Railroad Avenue for a landlord/tenant dispute. Jean Mattox told police that she was at the residence to tell Danielle Whitaker she had 30 days to move out due to a complaint that Mattox received that a loud party was going on at the residence. Mattox said she was threatened by on Christopher Tuel, who was at the residence.

    Traffic Cases
    July 5 – At 12:12 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 1032 six miles from town. Elliot Stephens was traveling on KY 1032 when he lost control of his vehicle and ran through a fence and struck a tree before coming to a stop.
    July 22 – At 10:50 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 five miles from town. Andrew Fore was attempting to make a turn into a driveway when he was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Kasey Spears.

    July 9 – At 12:33 p.m., police were called to Kentucky Bank regarding a possible forged check. A witness told police that Amanda R. Easley attempted to cash a check on an account of Chris Dailey for $130. The check had been altered. A complaint is pending.
    July 9 – At 5:43 p.m., Barry D. Turner and McKayla F. Shaw  reported that they had been threatened by former tenants. They were going to seek complaints with the county attorney’s office.

    July 11 – At 1:40 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 27 10 miles from town. Sharon Linville was traveling on US 27 when a deer jumped into the road causing her to strike the deer.
    July 12 – At 10:30 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 27 one mile from town. Tamera Fairfield was attempting to pull into a gas station when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Jason Skaggs.
