    Oct. 18 -- At 2:48 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on U.S, 27 seven miles outside of town. Kelli Helton accidentally struck a dog in the road which caused vehicle damage.

    Accidents
    Oct. 10 -- at 8:24 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on Robinson Union Road nine miles outside of town. Branden Hicks was attempting to pass another vehicle when his vehicle went off the road and he overcompensated.
    Oct. 12 -- At 9 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred on County Infirmary Road approximately 2 miles outside town. Vivian Cummins was making a right turn onto County Infirmary Road and misjudged a railroad crossing.

    Oct. 11 -- Daniel Cline, 35, was arrested on Harrison County warrants for fraudulent use of credit card ($500 to $10,000), theft of identification without consent, criminal possession of forged instrument, second degree criminal trespassing.
    Oct. 11 -- Mitchell G. Knipper, 40, was arrested on Riggs Avenue and charged with alcohol intoxication, third or greater offense within 12 months.

    Oct, 4 -- At 10:04 p.m., Kevin Wiglesworth, 103 Cladorbon reported that someone from McKinley’s Auto entered fenced property to repossess a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 without permission to do so.
    Oct. 6 -- At 1:04 a.m., Kimberly Gallagher, 108 S. Miller St., reported that a resident of Shady Lawn Nursing Home had walked away from the facility. Kenneth Maddox was declared a missing person.

    Accident Report
    Oct. 5 -- at 12:24 a.m. a non-injury occurred on Allen Pike 10 miles from town. Heather Durbin  lost control of her car, struck a tree and through a fence.
    Oct. 6 -- at 10:43 a.m. a non-injury accident occurred on KY 36 nine miles from town. Danny Kelley was driving on a rain-soaked when his car slid into the opposite lane and struck a car driven by Jeremy Slusher traveling in the other direction.

    Aug. 22 -- El Paricutin, 95%, record temperatures (hot hold, prep table, cooking equipment),  miscellaneous items in storage should be properly stored, freezer needs to be maintained.
    Aug. 29 -- Angilo’s, 95%, floors, walls need to be cleaned around and between equipment, bottom of prep table around seals need to be cleaned, three compartment sink/sanitizer (cloths) clean, use restricted, lights must be shielded, temperature logs should list food items.
