    Traffic Cases
    Oct. 6 -- At 7:40 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky. 36 West three miles west of town. Alexia King of Robinson-Berry Road, was slowing for a driver ahead of her, who was turning into her driveway. Jessica Wilson of Ky. 36, traveling behind, did not see King slow down and rear-ended King’s vehicle.

    Case reports
    Sept. 20 --  At 8:43 p.m., police arrested Amanda Coleman while following up on a harassment complaint. Police notified Coleman that she was not to trespass at 309 Broadway when she allegedly became combative. She was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, second degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second degree assault of police officer.

    Case reports
    Sept. 13 -- At 9:21 a.m., Phyllis and Richard Schwartz reported the theft of a self-propelled lawn mower, weed trimmer and circular saw. On Sept. 16, police were advised that the weed trimmer was found by a neighbor at her home. However, Mr. Schwartz added that a saber saw had also been taken from the outbuilding.
    Sept. 14 -- At 1:45 p.m., police were advised that a Cynthiana man had received threatening phone calls regarding a custody dispute.

    Traffic Cases
    Sept. 29 -- At 1:43 a.m., an injury accident occurred on Ky. 36 West about seven miles west of the city limits. Zachary Damon, 28, was traveling east when he encountered a cow in the middle of the road. He struck the cow. A check revealed the driver had a suspended license and was cited.
    Oct. 1 -- At 7:50 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky. 1032 East about 13 miles north of town. Preston Sexton hit a deer.
