    Oct. 30- At 5:16 a.m., Ky 1054 South, injury, Brandon Holbert, 19, operating a 2006 Mazda, lost control and struck a culvert.
    Nov. 5- at 7:25 p.m., U.S. 62 East,  injury reported, Jessie Ritchey, 33, operating a 2002 Ford Ranger, lost control and struck an embankment.

    Oct. 21 – At 1:55 p.m., Diana Palmer reported that her mother’s credit card was used without permission.
    Oct. 23 – At 9:30 a.m., Anita Tackett, Nebo Road, reported that a barn was broken into. Taken were two bulldozer batteries and two used batteries.

    Case reports
    Oct,. 26 – At 12:57 p.m., Serelda Duckworth, Walnut Street, reported that three checks were taken from her check book, forged and cashed at Farmers National Bank, Food Lion and Walmart for a total of $169.20.
    Oct. 21 – At 1:21 a.m., a report was in regards to an alleged rape that occurred on Old Lair Road. The investigation into the incident remains open.
    Oct. 21 – At 11:30 p.m., police were called to Apple Market for a disturbance.
