    Oct. 1 at 8:40 p.m. -- Curtis C. Becker, 46, Cynthiana, was arrested on a bench warrant from Harrison District Court for improper or no windshield, driving on a DUIee^suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. second offense and failure to surrender revoked operator’s license.

    Oct. 2 at 5:38 p.m. -- Timmy Davis, 31, Cynthiana, was issued a criminal summons from Harrison District Court for cattle not to run at large.

    Case reports

    Sept. 27 – At 2:12 p.m., Jason Huff, Sycamore Drive, reported that a bicycle was taken from beside his residence.

    Sept. 29 – At 2:40 p.m., officers were called to Wal-Mart where an individual had allegedly had a prescription for Lortab filled under fraudulent circumstances.

    Sept. 30 – At 5:43 p.m., an anonymous caller advised police of a possible drug deal that was taking place.

    Sept. 23—At 6:13 p.m., Billy G. Combs, Locust Street, had been pulled out of his wheelchair into Locust Street by individuals involved in an on-going fight.

    Sept. 26 – At 10:41 p.m., Cynthia Robinson reported that someone had spray painted her vehicle and the vehicle of Amy Ledford on Newsome Avenue.

    Sept. 27 – At 11:18 a.m., Thomas Hill reported that a man in a black Ford pick-up truck drove off without paying for $47.35 worth of fuel from Ken’s Exxon.
