    CITATIONS

    Oct. 10 at 1:05 p.m. -- Billy J. Beckett, 30, Berry, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. second offense. Beckett was also arrested on a bench warrant from Harrison District Court for fleeing and evading police, second degree.

    Oct. 10 at 9:45 p.m. -- Benjamin J. Arguello, 32, Paris, was arrested on a bench warrant from Harrison District Court for theft by deception including cold checks.

    Maternal grandparents are Jane and Tom Tolliver of Cynthiana; maternal great-grandparents are the late Ella Mae Tolliver and Mary Richmond, Ray Tolliver, and Freddie Richmond.

  • Cynthiana Police Report

    CYNTHIANA POLICE DEPARTMENT

    Case reports

    Oct. 5 – At 4:22 a.m., police investigated an alleged domestic assault on Riggs Avenue. Police arrested Eleuterio Vargas Campos charging him with fourth degree assault.

    Oct. 8 – At  1:09 a.m., Whitney Clark, Cynthiana, reported a hit and run accident. Police caught up with the suspect vehicle two blocks from the accident and the driver was arrested and charged with DUI. The driver was Arvil Hubbard Jr.

    Sept. 18 at 6:10 p.m. -- Injury, Ky. 392, James C. Fryman, 26, Cynthiana, driving a 1987 Chevrolet S-10.
