Miller St., reported that he was contacted by Citi bank advising that a Gold Master Card was opened with his information and that it had been used in Greenville and Taylor, South Carolina. He closed the account and notified his bank and filed a fraud report with the bank.

    Jan. 25--Dep. Nathan Gasser arrested Lewis H. Hill for wanton endangerment, first degree. Dep. Gasser responded to a complaint that Hill had left his 3-year-old son home alone while he went to work in Georgetown.

    Jan. 6 -- At 5:50 p.m., police responded to an apartment at 102 N. Walnut St. regarding possible illegal drug use. Police received verbal consent to search the residence. Police allegedly found a purse containing a black bag that had four needles, a spoon with residue and filters, a shoe string used as a tourniquet.

    Dec. 21 -- At 11:22 a.m., police met with Carolann Canafax, who told them she had a prescription for 60 pills of Alprazolam filled on Dec. 19 and that she had only four pills left. There was also a discrepancy in the number of refills marked on the bottle. Her doctor had given only 60 pills with no refills. The pill bottle indicated two refills.It was determined that an error had been made at the pharmacy.
