    Oct. 12 -- Briana L. Guptill, 21, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
    Oct. 13 -- Dakota J. Hackney, 20, was arrested on Court Street in Harrison County on warrants for first degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication, alcohol intoxication first and second, parole violation, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and second degree disorderly conduct.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
    Oct. 20 – At 12:46 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported 10 miles from town on Lower Curry Road. Rolando Perez was traveling on Lower Curry Road and drove off the side of the road.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

    Oct. 14 – At 5:45 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 392. Charles Marshall was traveling on KY 392 when he crossed the middle line and side swipped a vehicle driven by Marion Mitchell. According to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall left the scene and was later found at First Stop on Pleasant Street.

    Sept. 30 – At 1 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Robinson Renaker Road. Kelsey Wood was traveling on Robinson Renaker Road when she rounded a curve and lost control causing her to strike a fence and tree before coming to a rest in a ditch.

    Oct. 4 – At 6:25 p.m., Karen Edwards of Thrift Food Mart reported a drive off without paying for gasoline. The driver came back the next day and paid.
    Oct. 5 – At 2:05 p.m., police investigated a domestic violence incident that occurred on Cherokee Drive.
    Oct. 5 – At 4:57 p.m., Tony Cadle reported that his Samsung Stratosphere phone was missing from Hinkston Avenue.
    Oct. 5 – At 9:42 p.m., police were called to a family disorder on Cherokee Drive.

    Case reports
    Sept. 20 – At 9 a.m., police were called to a fight in progress on Elm Street. The call was a domestic situation. Betty Jean Herrington filed for an EPO. At 11:40 p.m. Wesley Herrington was arrested for violation of the EPO.
    Sept. 21 – At 7:24 a.m., Don Cunigan of Harrison County Tire on Pleasant Street reported that a window of his business had been shot two times overnight.
    Sept. 21 – At 10:16 a.m., Seth Smith of Walmart security reported that an alleged shoplifter ran out of the store and assaulted an employee.

    Sept. 25 – At 3:24 p.m., a non-injury accident accident was reported on US 62. Timothy Callahan was traveling on US 62 and rounded a curve and lost control causing him to leave the roadway and strike a fence.
