Ethan Andrew Collins was born to Meggan Barnett and Steven Collins of Cynthiana on June 12, 2008 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He weighed 10 lbs.

Maternal grandparents are Cathy and Kerry Calhoun and Paula and Kenny Barnett, all of Cynthiana; maternal great-grandparents are Audrey Moses and the late David Moses, the late Ruth and Melvin Barnett Sr., and Johnny Smith and the late Carol Smith.
