Oct. 18 -- At 6:18 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 27 North about 12 miles from the city limits. Candace Ishmael of Falmouth hit a deer.
Oct. 23 -- At 6 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky 36 West over five miles from the city limits. Brandon Crowe of Westland Lane stated that he fell asleep at the wheel. The car struck rocks, crossed the highway and went into a fence.
Oct. 20 -- At 2:45 p.m., police responded to the Harrison County Justice Center for a report of an individual who was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance. Police arrested Norman A. Risner of Blackburn Road.
Oct. 22 -- At 2:54 p.m., Ashley Richmond, 311 W. Pearl St., reported to police that she was being harassed by two individuals who allegedly said they would key her vehicle.

Oct. 13 -- At 9:22 p.m., a complaint was made that Charles D. Tucker allegedly collected money from a fund-raiser jar that was to benefit the children whose parents died in a home on Grays Run Road. The fund was $15.30 short. Tucker told police that the money got lost in his car but that he found it and turned it over to police to give to the person who started the fund. Tucker was advised not to collect the money again.
It was incorrectly listed in last week’s Records section that Susan Wornall was arrested on drug charges on Oct. 13.
Wornall was listed as a witness in a case against Victor Jones, who was arrested on the drug charges. Wornall was served a subpoena to appear in court for the case. When she did not show up for court, a warrant was issued for failure to appear and she was arrested.

Oct. 4 -- At 8:39 p.m., Frances M. Sabella, Cynthiana, reported that a former tenant, Sara Bricker, moved from Sabella’s furnished rental property and took the furnishings with her when she moved to Michigan. The value of the property was over $3,000. As of Oct. 12 police had been unable to reach Bricker.
Oct. 8 -- At 11:52 p.m., an injury accident occurred on Ky 36 East almost three miles from town. Hali Rainey of Millersburg was traveling east when she swerved to avoid a large rock in the road. Losing control, she left the highway, struck a culvert and went airborne. A ditch line forced the car to turn over. Rainey was transported to Harrison Memorial Hospital for treatment.
