    accident Cases
    July 21 -- At 2:50 a.m., an injury accident occurred on KY 392 about four miles east of the city limits. Ashley Lane encountered a black angus bull in the roadway, struck the bull and into the opposing lane. The bull was later removed by Countryside Industries at the request of Kevin Bradford of KY 392 who was listed as owner.

    July 7 -- At 4:52 p.m., police were called to Eastside Pharmacy where Michelle Stratton allegedly filled a prescription for 45 Oxycodone in her deceased mother’s name. Stratton was arrested and charged with uttering a false or forged prescription.

    July 8 -- At 9:08 a.m., an injury accident occurred on US 27 S. less than a mile outside the city limits. Patricia Doty was in a curve when she struck a culvert and overturned.
    July 11 -- a non-injury accident occurred US 62 E. about eight miles east of downtown. Bo Moore hit a deer.
