April 8 – At 11 a.m., Seth Smith of Walmart Security reported that an individual came into Walmart and attempted to get a refund for an ink cartridge that he had just picked up at the store. He left with the merchandise but returned and dropped it off in the pharmacy department. Police arrested Chad Jones, charging him with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

March 28 – At 11:13 a.m., Paula McFarland reported that she needed a report of a missing sim card so that AT&T would replace the one she had missing.
March 28 – At 1:09 p.m., Thelma J. Stevens, Elm Street, reported that she had purchased a lawn mower from Mark Wasson for $500, but that she had never received the mower. She told police she confronted Wasson at River Road Park and he allegedly slapped her in the face. Stevens said she will seek a complaint against Wasson.
