    Oct. 22 -- James C. Denniston, 26, was arrested on a Bourbon County warrant.
    Oct. 22 -- Tony L. Cadle, 38 was arrested on a Harrison County warrants for theft by unlawful taking (parts for auto) and second-degree trespassing.

    Oct. 17 -- At 12:36 a.m., police were called to 106 Cromwell Alley where a woman had apparently overdosed on drugs. She was resuscitated and transported to Harrison Memorial Hospital.
    Oct. 17 -- At 8:59 a.m., Jean Brown, Elmarch Avenue, reported that she has a DVO against her grandson Robert Barkley and that she found him asleep in the her basement. He was arrested on a charge of violation of an EPO/DVO.

    Case reports
    Oct. 1 -- At 1:19 p.m., Angela McKinney, 111 W. Pleasant St., reported that Charles Tucker walked passed her house and kicked her puppy that was on a leach in the yard. Neighbors confirmed McKinney’s statement. The dog was taken to the veterinarian for treatment. At the time of the report the condition of the puppy was unknown.
    Oct. 3 -- At 11:36 p.m., police were called to 206 W. Penn St. by Stanford Kiskaden Jr. who reported that $120 was taken from his pillowcase in his bedroom.
