    CASE REPORTS
    April 11 -- At 1:30 p.m., Jim Perry of Oddville-Sunrise Road reported that someone has been taking steel fence posts that mark the end of his leach lines. Perry estimates that about 12 posts have been stolen so far.
    April 16 -- At 10 a.m., Elbert Smith of Morning Glory Road reported that someone had stolen several pieces of irrigation pipe and plumbing from his property.
    CITATIONS
    April 14 -- At 9:45 a.m., Anthony Toney, 44, of 117 Old Lair Road was served a criminal summons on a charge of theft by deception, cold checks under $500.

    Arrests, citations
    April 12 -- Johnny N. Nichols, 33, was arrested at 105 Smith Ave. and charged with alcohol intoxication.
    April 13 -- Donald F. Goodrich, 33, was cited at South Main and Pike streets for failure to produce insurance card, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license and disregarding traffic device (light).
    April 14 -- Wyatt G. Thorpe, 19, was cited on Oddville Avenue for failure to maintain insurance, no registration receipt, no/expired registration plate, speeding 17 mph over the limit.

    Arrests, citations, warnings
    April 4 -- Terry L. Hope, 51, was arrested on Plum Court and charged with disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication, failure to notify DOT of address change and resisting arrest.
    April 4 -- Chelsey L. Durbin, 22, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant for theft by unlawful taking (all others).
    April 4 -- Danny E. Reed, 26, was arrested on Scott County warrants for falsely reporting incident (two counts), obtaining controlled substance by fraudulent/false statement (two counts), theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, under $500.

    Traffic Cases
    April 3 -- At 6:27 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on KY 3003 eight miles from the city limits. Justin Quinn of Berea was traveling towards US 62 when he lost control of his car and spun completely around, coming to rest on the side of a bridge over a creek. The driver said the door came open during the wreck and he fell in the creek. A check revealed that the driver’s license was suspended since January. Charges have been filed.

    March 16 --At 12:26 a.m., John Gross, 306 N. Poplar St., reported that three juveniles had thrown eggs at his front storm door. The juveniles were located and taken back to Gross’ residence to clean the egg off the door.
