On Nov. 2, the Harrison County grand jury issued six indictments.
Elizabeth Bolen, 24, was accused of second degree burglary, when she allegedly entered the home of Mary J. Shelly.
She was also charged with theft by unlawful taking of more than $500, but less than $10,000, from Shelly.
Bolen faces a third count for criminal mischief in the third degree. The grand jury alleges that she knowingly destroyed or damaged Shelly’s property.
All offenses allegedly occurred on or about Aug. 23. Her bond has been set for $5,000.
