  • HCHS band set to premier student composition

On Sunday, May 7, the Harrison County Middle and High School bands will present their annual spring concert in the high school auditorium beginning at 2 p.m.
“We love the spring concert,” said band director John Merz, “because we get to have a bit more fun with the music we play.”
The middle school band has been working on some fun tunes that attendees are sure to recognize, such as Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” and music from “Star Wars.”
