A team of Blue Grass Energy linemen are now world champions.
The team of three brought home the first place trophy from the 2011 International Lineman’s Rodeo.
Brad Wiglesworth (Cynthiana District), Miles Shumaker (Richmond District) and Eugene Neeley (Richmond District) competed against teams from around the world, including teams from eight countries, and won first place in the overall competition.

Question:  I’ve always been an independent person, but as I get older I need more and more help.  I feel like I’m going to need a nursing home soon.  I don’t want people telling me what to do all of the time.  Are there nursing homes that take care of people, but let you live your own life?

Today, veterans fortunate enough to have survived World War II’s carnage are in their 80s or 90s. Many will never get a chance to see the memorial their grateful nation erected in 2004 to honor them, unless folks like us help.

Michael Ingram earned his Private pilot certificate on Sept. 29, 2011. To obtain his certificate, Ingram passed an oral and a flight exam with a Federal Aviation Administration designated flight examiner. Ingram completed his flight training at Sporty’s Academy, located at the Clermont County Airport.
With his Private pilot certificate, Michael is able to carry passengers in favorable weather conditions. The aircraft that he used for his flight training can carry four people and cruises at nearly 140 miles per hour.
