    Concept Packaging makes plans for relocation to new industrial park on US 62 W., expansion in Cynthiana. Concept now has two locations in Cynthiana, White Oak Pike (former Bullard building), and on Riggs Avenue. The first development calls for a 150,000 sq. ft. building with a 100,000 sq. ft. expansion within two years. Construction should begin in the fall of 2000.
