Summertime is when there are the most reported cases of food poisoning and stomach distress. One of the reasons could come from improper handling of meats. Make sure you’re keeping your family safe from harmful bacteria when grilling meat and poultry.
Cross-contamination is how bacteria can be spread. Improper handling of raw meat, poultry and seafood can create an inviting environment for cross-contamination. As a result, harmful bacteria can spread to food and throughout the kitchen.
