    THURSDAY, April 18
    Harrison County Historical Society will meet Thursday, April 18 at 7 p.m. at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library Annex.The program will feature the History Club of  Northside Elementary School. There will also be a business discussion with Karen Angelucci and Doug Sikes regarding the creation of a book on the history of Harrison County. Members are encouraged to attend.
    Harrison County High School Yearbooks Last day to purchase the 2013 HCHS yearbook. To order contact the high school at 234-7117.
    FRIDAY, April 19

  • Triple Crown registration

    Earth Day 5K - Special awards to the top overall male and female winners. Awards to all finishers.
    Early registration is $20 by April 12. Late registration is $25 for everyone. Shirts while they last for late registrants. Size is not guaranteed.
    • Earth Day Race Day registration and packet pick-up will be held at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Airport, 582 Airfield Lane Main Street beginning at 8 a.m.

    Kentucky Farm Bureau Education Foundation will award 87 county and state college scholarships to high school seniors pursuing a four-year course of study, including three $1,000 scholarships sponsored by Harrison County Farm Bureau Federation. Applicants must be a child of a Kentucky Farm Bureau member.
