    Kentucky Farm Bureau Education Foundation will award 87 county and state college scholarships to high school seniors pursuing a four-year course of study, including three $1,000 scholarships sponsored by Harrison County Farm Bureau Federation. Applicants must be a child of a Kentucky Farm Bureau member.     3rd Annual W.O.W. (Women of Worship) Conference will be held at Leesburg Christian Church, Saturday, Feb. 9, from noon until 2:30 pm. Special guest speakers from Celebrate Recovery Ministry Leader, Carrie Miller and Director of Development for Refuge for Women, Cindy Warr, music by Dwayne Gillespie of local group Sidewinders.
