    Winter Fest Craft Program. Thursday, Jan. 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. Will be making three crafts and enjoying “Snowman Soup” (hot chocolate). This program is for our adult patrons. Pre-registration is required. Call the library at 234-4881 or stop by the front desk to register.
    Berry City Commission will meet Thursday, Jan. 13 at 7 p.m., at Berry City Hall. The meetings are open to the public.

    Historical Book Group. The book for the month of December is A Jesse Stuart Reader by Jesse Stuart. The group is open to any adult who enjoys history.     Wedco/Harrison County Health Center will be closed for the holidays on Dec. 23 and 24 in observance of Christmas; and on Jan. 30 and 31 in observance of the New Year.
    Public Library. The Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library will close Dec. 23-26 and reopen at 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27 in observance of the Christmas holiday.

    Harrison County Republican Party will meet Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Harrison County Sheriff's office meeting room. Speakers this month are Phil Moffett, gubernatorial candidate, and John Kemper, candidate for state auditor.

    Historical Society. Harrison County Historical Society will meet Thursday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. at the Library Annex. Kenny Simpson will present a program about a trip he along with a group of Harrison Countians took to Alaska. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
    Harry Potter Program. Thursday, Nov. 18 at 4:30 p.m. for ages 11-18 at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library.
