    Harrison County Historical Society will meet on Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Bluegrass Hospice Care Navigators, 1317 U.S. Hwy. 62 East. George R. Karvel, Ph. D., will discuss and sign his book The Kentucky Raider, which tells of General John Hunt Morgan’s Kentucky raids in context with Union General Edward Hobson’s capture and his order book that Dr. Karvel has in his possession.
