Just after midnight Wednesday morning, Cynthiana Police officers were attempting to serve a warrant for one subject when chance handed them a heroin arrest.
Ptl. Michael Kiskaden, Sgt. Eric Kendall and Ptl. Justin Jett were at an apartment on Fifth Street where Steven Fogle was known to frequent. Fogle had allegedly failed to make a scheduled court appearance and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
In the course of searching for Fogle at the apartment, police peered through the window of the apartment and witnessed Osie Dominique Jackson packaging small amounts of heroin.
Kiskaden arrested Jackson, 31, charging her with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree possession of controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Kiskaden said when Jackson realized police were knocking at the door, she attempted to conceal the heroin in her bra.
Jackson was taken to the Bourbon County Detention Center.
