The Woman’s Club of Harrison Country met on Friday, March 14 at the Hospice of the Bluegrass Community Room. Anna Ruth McLoney, president, welcomed members and guests then led the club in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Layne Tussey catered the luncheon. Lottie Barlow offered the blessing of the meal. Barlow also offered the Spiritual Values. She read a poem titled “How to be Happy.” It was an inspirational poem that reaffirms doing something for others makes a positive difference in their lives and ours as well.
