Where's the activity at the Oddville park?

To the editor:

I was out to the Oddville Avenue park this past Saturday and noticed that construction on the parking place has stopped. The city and county started several weeks ago to build a parking place for the recreation events that would be held in that area of the park.

I noticed that there were two pieces of equipment sitting there. They have not been moved for several weeks. Wonder what happened?
