Here’s the story of a lovely lady who wanted a family of her own. Fertility issues, however, left her childless, but willing to pursue other options.
“Everywhere I turned I would see signs about foster parenting; there would be flyers on my car and it just seemed right,” said Dayve Hisle, 29, a former teacher’s aid at Eastside Elementary School.
