Births announced this week are: Raegan Nicole Baldwin, June 23, daughter of Joey and Jennifer Baldwin; Caleb Mark Harris, Aug. 11, son of Jami and Jan Reeves Harris.

Crews are working to replace 13,000 feet of waterlines (starting with Pleasant Street) in the northeast quadrant of Cynthiana. Elmarch Avenue will be the next target.

County grant will allow for extended waterlines in the northern and eastern areas of the county. The project will serve 127 new customers. Total estimated cost is $1.02 million. A block grant has been applied for.
