Harrison County Phase 9A water main extension to begin construction Jan. 2. Standard water service is $600 and a $50 deposit on water bill required at time of service. Roads needing to sign up and pay tap fees are: Rocky Springs Road, Needmore Road, Edwards Road, Hinton-Webber Road to railroad tracks, US 36 west to county line, Kings Lane, White Oak (Ky. 356) to county line, and Whitson Road.
