Two Harrison County men, who were arrested Friday afternoon and charged with sex-related crimes, entered not guilty pleas in Harrison District Court on Monday.
About 3 p.m., Friday, Kentucky State Police Det. Nathan Moore arrested James Bandy, 60, charging him with numerous felony sex offenses, some of which allege the victim was less than 12 years old.
Det. Moore was investigating several sexual assault allegations that had been made against Bandy, who has been listed on the Kentucky State Police’s sex offender registry since 1996 for rape.
