Three law enforcement agencies joined forces last week to serve warrants on 32 people for various drug indictments issued on Pendleton County.
The Kentucky State Police, Pendleton County Sheriff’s Department and Falmouth Police Department served warrants that amounted to 68 counts of trafficking in controlled substance first degree, 20 counts of trafficking in controlled substance second degree, six counts of persistent felony offender, three counts of trafficking in marijuana, four counts of wanton endangerment second degree of a child and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two individuals with Harrison County addresses were among the 32 arrested. They are Kevin Tucker, 53, and Loretta Spear, 29, both of Berry.
Tucker is charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and persistent felony offender. Spear is charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) first offense.
