In a ghoulish unanimous decision, the Cynthiana City Commission voted Tuesday to change Trick or Treat night to Saturday, Nov. 1.
Commissioners previously set the Halloween tradition for Friday, Oct. 31. However, Mayor Jim Brown came to Tuesday’s meeting suggesting that a Friday night football game which he initially believed to be a Hilltop event, would interfere with children’s activities.
