The Cynthiana City Commission will have a special meeting Monday morning to consider a proposal to move Trick or Treat back to Oct. 31.
Commissioners voted Tuesday to move the children's night out to Saturday, Nov. 1, because of a possible conflict with high school football. However, the Thorobreds are playing out of town on Friday. There are more conflicts on Saturday night with Northside Elementary School's annual Fall Festival and Pee Wee football championship play-offs on the Hilltop.
