Three charged after property owner finds home pillaged of metals for scrap

Three people have been arrested for their alleged involvement in stripping a vacant house.

Jeremy Stone, 27, was arrested Monday, July 22, and charged with second degree burglary and receiving stolen property under $10,000. In a separate case, he is also charged with theft by unlawful taking from auto.

Stone, Jessica Commodore and Robert Tucker are suspects in the July 9 theft at 440 W. Pleasant St.

Commodore was arrested  Wednesday  morning and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.
