The Harrison County Thorobreds started slowly Friday at Pendleton County. They trailed at the half 7-0 before running over the home squad for three scores in the first six minutes of the third quarter. They ended with a 20-7 scrimmage win.
The game, which was a defensive struggle early, started 30 minutes late as Harrison County was notified of a later start when they arrived on site to play at 7 p.m.
Pendleton County picked up a first down on the first drive, but was forced to punt on the next series.
