The Harrison County Thorobreds faced the highly rated George Rogers Clark Cardinals Tuesday night in Winchester and were given a sound beating, 86-29.
The Cardinals came into the game sporting a 13-4 record, having played a tough schedule which included the King of the Bluegrass in Louisville. There was no doubt that they had earned the lofty ranking as they pulled away from the start in this outing.
Clark scored first on a basket by Robbie Stenzel but Jared Martin connected on a three to give Harrison County its first and only lead of the evening.
