The new Harrison County High School athletic complex will be the scene for the 2009 Thorobred Marching Band Classic this weekend.
Eight bands will be competing for the hardware as well as judges’ rankings.
Scheduled to compete are Ludlow, Nicholas County, Lexington Christian Academy, Williamstown, Henry County, Powell County, South Western High School and Dixie Heights.
The competition begins at 2:30 p.m.
Admission is $6 for adults, $4 students or $8 for premium chair-back seating.
