The Cynthiana Chapter of the DAR met at Wilshires Restaurant, Georgetown, on March 9.
Regent Melinda Rawlings called the meeting to order and welcomed guest speaker, State Rep. Tom McKee.
The DAR Ritual, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the American’s Creed were recited.
Judith Rawlings discussed the Cold Closed Project and informed members that the oldest of closed DAR lines would be reopened to see if proper documentation could be found.
Melinda Rawlings read the National Defense message and the Conservation Minute.
