Thank God for wonderful people

Today, while stopping at Ken’s to pick up a turkey, I accidentally laid my keys down, along with my telephone and stepped out, hitting the lock as I did.
After saying to myself that everyone I could call was unavailable at the time, I looked up and a young city police officer drove up. I flagged him down and he immediately got help for me. He was so polite and nice.
A few minutes later, two wonderful people from the fire department came and got my door open. As I am an older person, it meant so much to me. I was so thankful.
