In order to participate in the tryouts, the player must have an up-to-date physical for the 2013 season.  The physical form must be with the player for the tryout or they will not be able to participate.
Free physicals for all athletes will be given at Harrison Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, June 18, from 5-7 p.m. They will be given in the Wellness Center and Physical Therapy Department. This is the only date for free physicals.
Forms are available from Rosemary Whitaker in the athletic department of the high school. The form must be signed by a parent before the physical can be given so a parent must sign ahead of time or be there for the physical.
There will be forms at the hospital on June 18, but the parent will have to be there to sign on that day. If an athlete needs a ride, contact Whitaker and she will assist you. This physical is for all HCHS athletes who plan to compete in 2013-14 not only the golfers.
