A Cynthiana man was arrested Sunday after an accident caused his alleged cache of stolen items to be spread across the highway in Bourbon County.
According to a Kentucky State Police release, Henry Sparks, 36, was driving east on U.S. 62 West in Bourbon County when he struck a guard rail.
Sparks was driving a 1997 Chevrolet pickup and was headed back to Cynthiana.
When his truck hit the guard rail, numerous items were spilled onto the road.
Tpr. Chris Lairson investigated the accident which immediately turned into a recovery of stolen property.
