Just as one brother entered guilty pleas in the theft of firearms in Harrison Circuit Court, another was indicted on the same charges.
John Southwood, 28, who has allegedly been in hiding in eastern Kentucky, was indicted Tuesday on five counts related to a break-in at a garage owned by Larry Nichols.
According to Cpl. Walter Tapp, Southwood along with his brother Kevin took an SKS rifle and a .380 pistol from Nichols.
The alleged incident occurred between Sept. 18 and Sept. 20, 2011.
