Soccer Breds begin season with 6-1 win over Frankfort

The Thorobred Classic began Tuesday evening with two matches that did not turn out to be very close.  
In the opening game, Bishop Brossart (1-0) rolled past Campbell County (0-1) by a 4-nil score.  
The host Thorobreds (1-0) then scored three goals in the first 15 minutes against the Frankfort Panthers (0-1) and went on to a 6-1 win.  
Senior fullback Ben Anness took all of 58 seconds to score the first goal of the season for the Thorobreds on a corner kick.
