Our two livestock guardian dogs were by my side as we headed back to the barn.
In the blink of an eye, Baxter and Finca took off in full defense mode towards our hens and the barn. Baxter took the front and Finca took the back. And, to my bewilderment, a beautiful coyote was flushed from beyond and the dogs followed pursuit. Wiley coyote hit the frozen lake and the dogs circlee.
