Mr. and Mrs. Steve Slade of Cynthiana, announce the engagement of their daughter, Callie Brooke Slade, to Chase Michael Wachter, son of Mike and Laura Wachter of Cynthiana, and the late Lou Mary Wachter.
The future bride graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a nursing degree and is employed at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
The future groom is self-employed.
They will reside in Cynthiana.
