Six individuals who previously entered not guilty pleas to drug charges issued by a January grand jury, changed their pleas on Thursday.
They were arrested on charges related to Operation Flamingo Road, which was the largest drug sweep in Kentucky history. Well over 500 warrants were issued state wide.
The suspects were alleged to have been traveling to south Florida to pain clinics to get prescription drugs and then sell them illegally.
