A Cynthiana man who died after his Sport Utility Vehicle rolled over a 300-foot embankment in Williamstown on Jan. 12 did not cross in front of another vehicle.
Kenneth R. Sipes, 68, and his wife, Peggy Sipes, 60, were traveling north on Interstate-75, near the 154-mile marker, when their 2005 Dodge Durango was struck in the rear by a 2008 Impala driven by Bronson McDowell, 26, of Stamping Ground.
McDowell originally told police that the Durango crossed in front of his car and he had no choice but to hit it.
