CITATIONS

June 3 at 7:30 p.m. -- Joshua Willoughby, 24, Berry, was issued a criminal summons from Harrison District Court for theft by deception including cold checks.

June 2 at 11:10 a.m. -- Angela Mastin, 34, Nicholasville, Ky., was arrested on a warrant from Nicholas Circuit Court for probation violation.

June 3 at 11:30 a.m. -- Ashley McClane, 20, Cynthiana, was issued a citation fro three counts of theft by deception including cold checks.
