CITATIONS

Aug. 14 at 4:17 p.m. Daniel Cullen, 40, Cynthiana, was arrested on a warrant from Nicholas District Court for theft by deception.

Aug. 15 at 8:25 a.m. Ronnie Florence, 60, Berry, was arrested for assault fourth degree.

Aug. 14 at 2 p.m. Justin D. Switzer, 22, Cynthiana, was issued a summons from Bourbon District Court for theft by unlawful taking under $300.

Aug. 5 at noon Nicole Moore, 24, Cynthiana, was issued two criminal summons from Harrison District Court for theft by deception.
